How do you fell about the character development in this series?
Bella defines herself in twilight on p. 140 as someone Who “simply followed through”. She claims herself to have been the responsible one and yet not long after she’s engaged she’s kissing her “best friend”; crying over him after she tells herself she won’t. Also after Jake overhears they’re engaged and Edward leaves to go get him she commits to saying goodbye but doesn’t follow through? What do you think of this character development?

it fits with her inconsistance as has been prevalient since new moon quite frankly it sucks i hate how flight and needy shes become from the confident and self reliant young women she was when we first met in twilight i think she’s in drastic need of a reality check that will hopefully show her how dependent that she become on jacob and edward
